Cook chicken breasts until golden
Chop chicken into thickish strips - place in flan or casserole dish Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, drain
Drain peaches and chop roughly Arrange broccoli and peaches on top of chicken strips
Mix soup and mayonnaise in bowl and add curry powder to taste Pour soup mix over chicken/broccoli/peaches
Sprinkle wholemeal breadcrumbs on top and add cayenne pepper
Bake at 200° C for 30 minutes until browned.
Serve with a green salad.
