Pat's Turkey Stuffing

Mashed potatoes

Sausage meat

Fresh herbs (if possible)

Garlic (if desired)

Small onion

Sauté the onion & garlic. Mix mashed potato & sausage meat, slightly more potato than meat, add onion & garlic, then the herbs. Put into sandwich tins or any shallow dish, sprinkle with fresh parsley.

About half an hour or so before the turkey is cooked, put the dish into the oven until brown.
Delicious.
