Ballinderry Presbyterian Church hold their first Holiday Bible Club

Ballinderry Presbyterian Church held their first Holiday Bible Club this week, from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th August and decided to capture the imagination of the children using the theme of the recent kids movie �The Incredibles� about a fantastic Superhero family.

The club was led by the minister - William Henry and summer assistant - David McCarthy, assisted by Sandra Toombs, June Todd, Jennifer Pentland, Miriam Todd, Ruth Ellis, Robyn Hampton and Joanne Moore, all members of Ballinderry Presbyterian Church. Each day the leaders participated in and led small groups for the various activities.

The main theme for the week was �Incredible Christ� - �Incredible Followers� and each day the leaders presented thoughts on topics such as �Jesus is the greatest Superhero� and �God calls us to be Superheroes for Him�. The main talks were by William Henry - Minister and David McCarthy - Summer Assistant.

The Club, which was attended by about 35 children, was a huge success with lots of fun and excitement and children learning more about Jesus.
