Adam McClelland left for Canada
last Monday morning to seek employment in Toronto and hopes to
stay there for about one year. Twenty-one year old Adam, who is
the son of William and Jackie McClelland from Lisburn, is a
former pupil of Killowen Primary School and Friends� School
Lisburn. He graduated from Queen�s University in Mechanical
Engineering last July.
Adam is a keen sportsman having played hockey for both Friends�
School and Queen�s University Belfast 1stXI. In his last year at
Queens his team won the Linden cup, and he hopes to continue his
hockey career in Canada also.
