Aghalee deacon to be ordained Priest at Dromore Cathedral

The Rev Rory Corbett, Deacon in Holy Trinity Parish Church, Aghalee will be ordained Priest by the Bishop of Down and Dromore, the Rt. Revd Harold Miller in the Cathedral Church of Christ the Redeemer, Dromore next Sunday evening (18th June) at 6.00pm.

Mr Corbett, a consultant Dermatologist at the Royal Victoria Hospital, was ordained as Deacon for the auxiliary ministry in June 2005.  He will begin his ministry in the grouped parishes of St Patrick, Donaghcloney and Holy Trinity - Waringstown on Sunday 2nd July.

The Rev Denise Acheson - Ballyholme Parish; the Rev Aonghus Mayes - Cregagh; and the Rev Robin Harris - Carnalea Parish, will also be ordained at this service.
