�Focus� - Lisburn�s monthly youth event

�Focus� - Lisburn�s monthly youth event began in January 2005 and meets on the last Saturday of each month from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in various local churches including First Lisburn, Elmwood, Kingdom Life, Seymour Street Methodist and Christ Church. Youth workers Matt Craig - First Lisburn and Stephen Auld - Elmwood; and Stephen McLoughlin and Clare Norris - Lisburn School of Music, lead focus and are supported by a group of youth leaders, musicians and audio-visual specialists from various churches in the area. Focus unites young people of Lisburn in Word, Prayer and Worship in a way that is fun and relevant. Admission is free.

Last Saturday (27^th May) the venue was Christ Church Parish, Lisburn and the guest speaker was Jonny Carson from Portadown. With praise items in the hands of Director of Music and the Vice Principal of the Lisburn School of Music, needless to say the music was absolutely great. Next month, Saturday 24^th June, the venue will be First Lisburn Presbyterian Church starting with a Barbeque at 6.30pm, so lots of fun is guaranteed.
