What do you like doing on your day off?

If my husband is off too, we go for a leisurely drive and do some shopping. If it's just me with free time then I'll probably do housework.

If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and why?

Oh definitely Christmas dinner at my mum's house with the family. My mum is a brilliant cook.

What has been your proudest moment?

When I got married last year. I just loved every minute of the day.

What was the most frightening moment of your life?

When I got a phone call saying that my husband had been involved in an accident and was in hospital. Thankfully he was ok.

How would you describe your taste in clothes? What's the most you ever spent on a single item?

I like to wear casual clothes. The most expensive item I've bought is a coat, which cost �100.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?

I would clear all my debts such as my mortgage and student loan, travel the world and then buy my dream house.

What was your most embarrassing moment?

Being stopped at a checkpoint when I was going to Halloween party dressed as a witch.

What music do you like?

Pop and country. I like Westlife and the Dixie Chicks.

What sports person do you most admire?

Steven Gerrard, the Liverpool footballer.

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?

My honeymoon in the Maldives. It was paradise. We had a beautiful room on stilts over the sea. I would love to go back.

What is your greatest remaining ambition?

To expand my business and have lots of Windmill stores around the province.

If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?

Joshua Jackson who was in Dawson's Creek.
