What do you like doing on your day off?
When I have some time off I like to spend time with family and go out with my fianc and my friends. I love sports, especially playing hockey and squash and enjoy walking my dogs around the countryside where I live.

If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and why?
During my year abroad last year I was working in Spain and Russia and I tasted some amazing dishes during my stay. Tapas in Madrid are fantastic

What has been your proudest moment?
Probably getting my final exam results in June and seeing that hard work, on a tough course and during my year abroad, had finally paid off.

What was the most frightening moment of your life?
The latest incident was last year when a policeman told one I wouldn't be allowed to leave Russia at 2.30am in Krasnodar airport. Thankfully my Russian helped me to persuade him I wasn't going to take it lying down and they grudgingly let me catch my flight back to the UK.

How would you describe your taste in clothes?
I'm not a slave to fashion and only wear new trends if I like them and I think they suit me. On a day-to-day basis I would usually dress smart-casual, wearing jeans and skirts and use accessories to get different looks.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?
I would buy a house for my parents abroad, put some money in savings and give the rest to charity.

What was your most embarrassing moment?
Walking past my college chaplain in Cambridge with a horrendously short skirt on.

What sports person do you most admire?
Paula Radcliffe, she's a wonderful athlete, a down-to-earth person and she has shown incredible ambition and motivation.

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
I would love to do the Pilgrim's trail to Santiago de Compostela and hope to travel around South America one day.

If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
The Queen, it would be so fascinating to see what royal life is really like.

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?
A book, my fianc and my dog.
