ON Saturday April 28 local members of the Regimental Association of the Ulster Defence Regiment will be attending a memorial service and dedication of the UDR Stones at the National Memorial Arboretum, in memory of all the men and women of the UDR who made the supreme sacrifice.

The Memorial Stones have been erected in the Ulster Section of the Arboretum in Staffordshire. The Stones are an impressive 10 feet high and dominate the surrounding area; the stone incorporates the Harp and Crown badge of the Regiment.
