Jasmine Tao-Ya Toh Buchanan.
A very different baptismal service took
place in Railway Street Presbyterian Church last Sunday morning
(23rd July) when both mother and baby were baptised.
Jasmine Tao-Ya Toh Buchanan is the infant daughter of Neil
Buchanan and Bee Yen Toh. Lisburn man Neil and Bee Yen from
Singapore were married in Railway Street Presbyterian Church in
August 2002 and now live in Lisburn. Neil, who is of Scottish
descent, wore the clan Buchanan kilt for this very special
occasion. Born on 17th April 2006, Jasmine is the
granddaughter of Mrs Maureen Buchanan and the late Professor
Keith Buchanan. The Rev. Brian Gibson conducted the ceremony of
baptism.
