Annual Lagan District Girls’ Brigade Service in First Lisburn

District Girls’ Brigades will parade from Wallace Park next Sunday
afternoon (5th April) for their annual District Service in First Lisburn
Presbyterian Church at 3.30pm. The minister, the Rev
John Brackenridge will lead the service and Sam Smith of the
Leprosy Mission will give the address.
District Commissioner Lynda Dunlop and girls from St Paul’s Parish
Church will take part in the service and the special guest will be the
Deputy Mayor, Alderman Edwin Poots, MLA.
All 18 Lagan District Girls’ Brigade Companies are invited to
attend the parade and service, they are: Drumbo, Dunmurry, Elmwood,
First Lisburn, Hillsborough, Legacurry, Kilmakee, Magheragall, Moira and
Sloan Street Presbyterian; Seymour Hill, Seymour Street, Maghaberry and
Trinity Methodist; St Paul’s, Derryvolgie and Lambeg Parish; and Lisburn
Congregational.
