A CROSS community service of praise and thanksgiving organised by the Lisburn Action Cancer Group will take place on Sunday December 4 at 3pm in Trinity Methodist Church on the Knockmore Road. It was originally started in memory of some members of the Lisburn Action Cancer Group who sadly passed away, to thank the people of Lisburn for their generosity and support throughout the year.

Taking part again this year will be the St. Aloysius Primary School Choir who are always very entertaining and most enjoyable.

Also leading the service is 1st Old Boys Silver Band, ably led by Stephen Cairns, Lisnagarvey Operatic Society take time out of their busy Christmas schedule to take part and Lynn McAllister, accompanied on piano by Christine Cairns, is always very popular and enjoyable.

You don't need an invitation, entry is free, just go along and enjoy an hour or so of pure Christmas joy. Followed by refreshments kindly supplied by Davonne Kitchen Bakes, Johnson Bros coffee suppliers, and Draynes Farm.
