The new Marks and Spencer 'Simply Food' store
will open in Bow Street Mall next Friday (May 2).
PREPARATIONS are well underway for the grand
opening of Marks and Spencer's new Simply Food store in Bow
Street Mall.
The new store, which is set to create 40 new
jobs in the city, will open on Friday May 2 and will focus on
stocking quality foods.
The 11,000 sq ft Simply Food will open under
M&S's new style, stocking over 2,900 food products including
ready meals, fresh produce, sandwiches, salads and snacks.
Shoppers will also be able to buy wine and
champagne, while the in-store bakery will offer pastries, cakes
and crusty breads baked each day.
Specially trained baristas will serve a wide
range of refreshments in a brand new 55-seater Caf�.
Along with the wide assortment of food and
drink, the Bow Street Mall Simply Food store will offer cards,
stationary, toiletries and gifts.
The manager of the new store, Jon Paul
McShane, said: "It's great to be opening a new Simply Food store
in Lisburn City Centre.
"We have an excellent team in place and are
really looking forward to opening our fantastic new store in
May.
"We hope that our wide range of quality
products, combined with extended opening hours, will be a big
hit with customers in Lisburn."
