Baillies Mills Accordion join in
Roses Lane Ends centenary celebrations

Baillies Mills Accordion Band joined in Roses Lane Ends Flute Band�s continuing centenary celebrations as they took part in a variety concert in a packed Maghaberry Orange Hall (near Moira) last Friday evening (19th September); also taking part were Ballyclare Male Choir and the Glen Houston Flute Ensemble. During the evening, Brian Johnston, Secretary of Baillies Mills congratulated Roy Wilson, Secretary of Roses Lane Ends Flute Band and all the band members on reaching this important milestone joking that at a mere 69 years old, Baillies Mills Accordion Band were just pups by comparison. Sandy Wilson, Chairman of Roses Lane Ends Flute concluded a great evening of entertainment by thanking all who organised and took part in the band�s centenary concert and gave a special thanks to members of the public who supported this and other centenary events.
