Samantha Moore from Hillsborough, a second year-student in Fine and Applied Arts at the University of Ulster, was this year's winner of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Rose Award for her design and production of the trophy. She is pictured in the rose garden at Greenmount Campus, CAFRE. The Award will be presented to the winner of the best cluster flowered rose variety at the City of Belfast Rose Trials.
