A windswept visit to the Antrim Coast for Laurelhill pupils and their Spanish link school

YEAR 11 GCSE Spanish students from Laurelhill Community College recently had the exciting opportunity to practise their Spanish whilst showing off all that Northern Ireland has to offer to the foreign traveller.

The College has strong links with a secondary school in Canjayar, Almeria and with the College's foreign friends they visited the famous North Antrim coast.

In addition to this excursion, they visited Queen's University and City Hall whilst taking in the Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens along the way.

The Spanish students also had the opportunity to sample some typical fare in an Ulster Fry.

A great time was had by all.
