HISTORY

King’s Way church, began as a house church in the 1970’s led by Robert Mearns and Ken Brown, beginning with 6 people. Today, General Practitioner and Pastor Dr. Stephen Rodgers leads the eldership team.

The main building is on Kingsway (Main Street), Dunmurry and is open for part of every day of the week. King’s Way Church in Dunmurry is part of a group of churches called churches together, and also has a branch/outreach into North Belfast in the Shankill and also the New Lodge district. The Dunmurry Church has an open door, drop in ministry during the day, Tuesdays to Thursdays and an extensive youth programme. It is an evangelical Pentecostal Church.
