What do you like doing on your day
off?
I spend the day with my mum.
If you were to choose your favourite
meal what would it be, where and why?
Fillet steak in barretro in Hillsborough. I love the
atmosphere and the service is great.
What has been your proudest moment?
The opening of ICHI, closely followed by getting
married.
What was the most frightening moment
of your life?
The first time ever driving in Dublin city centre.
How would you describe your taste in
clothes?
Individual, stylish, up to date with current trends �
always incorporating ichi into my wardrobe.
What would you do if you won a million
pounds?
Pay off my mortgage, get a top of
the range car and treat family and friends to an exotic
holiday.
What was your most embarrassing
moment?
I don't get embarrassed easily.
What music do you like?
It varies depending on my mood but at the minute I'm
listening to Newton Falkner.
What sports person do you most admire?
David Beckham
Describe your best ever holiday?
My honeymoon in Maldives and Dubai, especially staying
in the Burj al Arab.
What is your greatest remaining
ambition?
To have a chain of ICHI stores

celebrity whom would you choose?
It would be Victoria Beckham to get all her style tips and
secrets.
