What do you like doing on your day off?
I don't get days off anymore but if I did I would like to sleep. Seriously I love nothing more than a day clothes shopping followed by a coffee with friends and then a DVD in front of a nice cosy fire.

If you were to choose your favorite meal what would it be, where and why?
It would be in Atina, Italy. The restaurant is called Vicolos and I love the mushroom pasta - divine.

What has been your proudest moment?
Giving birth to our beautiful little baby boy - he's our little angel.

How would you describe your taste in clothes?
I'd say eclectic hippy however I think my friends would say it's very individual and crazy.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?
Buy a second home in Italy where my husband's family are from and pay off the mortgages on my families and my own home.

What was your most embarrassing moment?
When I was performing on stage at the Opera house in Belfast. I was playing the part of Mrs Anna in the King and I when the huge underskirt fell off and hit the stage with a huge thud. I had to step out of it and continue the scene amidst the audiences laughter with the dress now too big around my ankles.

What music do you like?
I am a singer so I love a huge range of music from musicals to opera and Jazz.

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
Best holiday was going to India with my husband and my siblings. It is a most amazing country, the people are beautiful even in the face of adversity. I was really sad to hear the bad press the country received during the Commonwealth Games, I hope it doesn't put people off visiting as it is an inspirational place. My dream holiday will take place this year as I was so delighted to win a holiday through the "good spud award" from Wilson's Potatoes.

What is your greatest remaining ambition?
I still harbor a little a dream of performing on the West End stage.

If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
Could Johnny Depp be arranged?

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?
My son and husband and chocolate.
