LOCAL BT volunteers Paul Logue, Peter Breen and Lynda Rainey helped the yard at the Ulster Cancer Foundation's Lisburn shop go from a mess to success, when they recently cleared the yard.

The volunteers were congratulated by Hilary Scott, Retail Development Manager of the Ulster Cancer Foundation (UCF) after they cleared up the yard at the shop at 21 Antrim Street, Lisburn.

Not only has this made a positive contribution to the environment and improved the work area for UCF shop staff and volunteers but, when covered, it will provide extra storage space for larger stock items, such as furniture.
